This tutorial shows how to reach Replit's support team when you need help with your account, billing, or a technical issue.

Notes:

  • Replit support response times vary by plan. Core and Pro subscribers receive faster responses than Starter plan users.
  • For common issues, check the Replit Docs at docs.replit.com or the community forum at ask.replit.com before submitting a request - most questions are already answered there.
  1. Go to replit.com/help in your browser.
  2. Browse the help articles to see if your issue is already covered. Use the search bar to find relevant topics quickly.
  3. If you need direct help, click Contact us. 
  4. Fill in the form with your issue details - include your account email, a clear description of the problem, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. For example, "Unable to access billing settings on my Core account."
  5. Click Submit Ticket. Replit's support team will follow up via email. 
  6. Alternatively, send your concern via email support@replit.com.
