- Go to replit.com/help in your browser.
- Browse the help articles to see if your issue is already covered. Use the search bar to find relevant topics quickly.
- If you need direct help, click Contact us.
- Fill in the form with your issue details - include your account email, a clear description of the problem, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. For example, "Unable to access billing settings on my Core account."
- Click Submit Ticket. Replit's support team will follow up via email.
