Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for ZoomInfo.
  2. Click the Try It Free button on the ZoomInfo listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to install in a safe test environment.
  4. Verify your account information is correct and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to proceed to your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your custom domain name and click Continue.
  8. Log in with your Salesforce account credentials.
  9. Select who you are installing the app for and click Install.
  10. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue.
  11. Once installation completes, click Done.
  12. Access your installed app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
