1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin^[b][c].
2. Click "Trigger" and search for Zoho CRM to select it.
3. Select a trigger event, then choose the account you want to connect.
4. Click "Test trigger" to pull sample data from your Zoho CRM.
5. Select "Continue with selected record" to use this data in your workflow.
6. Add "OpenAI" as the action app.
7. Choose an action event and connect your account.
8. Select the CRM field that will be evaluated for content safety.
9. Hit "Test step".
10. After a successful test, click “Publish” to activate the automation.
