1. Log in to Zoho CRM, and click on the gear icon.
2. Under Data Administration, select "Export".
3. Initiate a fresh export process that gives you complete control over which data leaves your system.
4. Select the module you want to export, such as Leads, Contacts, or Accounts.
5. Select the fields you want included in the export file and choose the file format (XLSX or CSV). Click "Export".
6. Under “Export History,” hover over the module and select “Download.”
