1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.
2. Click "Trigger" and search for Zoho CRM to select it.
3. Select a trigger event, then choose the account you want to connect.
4. Click "Test trigger" to pull sample data from your Zoho CRM.
5. Select "Continue with selected record" to use this data in your workflow.
6. Add "Google AI Studio (Gemini)" as the action app.
7. Choose an action event.
8. Connect your Google AI account and click "Continue".
9. Choose "Model" and enter your message.
10. Hit "Test step".
11. Once done, click "Publish".
