Steps
- Go to your Zendesk account and find the gear icon in the left sidebar.
- In the settings page, find Apps and integrations.
- Look for Zendesk Support apps under Apps.
- Click the Marketplace button on the top right.
- Search for Salesforce in the Marketplace and click on it.
- Hit Install to begin the installation process.
- Select the account to install the app on.
- Hit Install again to confirm and complete the setup.
- Verify the integration by finding Salesforce under the Currently Installed tab.
