Steps

  1. Click on the Trigger field in the Zapier editor to begin selecting your trigger event.
  2. Search for and select Webflow as your trigger app.
  3. Choose a trigger event (for example, a new form submission in Webflow).
  4. Connect your Webflow account by authenticating it within Zapier.
  5. Map your trigger details and click Continue to proceed.
  6. Click Test trigger to verify that Zapier can pull in sample data from Webflow.
  7. Search for and select HubSpot as the action app.
  8. Choose an action event (for example, create or update a contact in HubSpot).
  9. Connect your HubSpot account by authenticating it within Zapier.
  10. Configure the action details by mapping Webflow form fields to HubSpot contact properties, then click Continue.
