The Tidio Slack integration lets you automatically send a Slack channel message every time a contact is submitted through your Tidio bot, using a Zapier automation. Set up this no-code workflow in minutes by connecting your Tidio and Slack accounts inside the Zapier editor.
Steps
- Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar in Zapier to start a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger to define what will start the Zap.
- Select Tidio from the listed apps as your trigger app.
- Choose Contact sent from bot as the trigger event.
- Click on Account to connect your Tidio account.
- Sign in to Tidio and go to Settings > Integration to copy your Zapier integration key.
- Select your Action event to define what Zapier should do next.
- Search for and select Slack as the action app.
- Choose Send channel message as the Action to post notifications to Slack.
- Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
- Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the Tidio–Slack connection.
