How to Connect Tidio to Slack

Steps

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar in Zapier to start a new automation.
2. Click on the Trigger to define what will start the Zap.
3. Select Tidio from the listed apps as your trigger app.
4. Choose Contact sent from bot as the trigger event.
5. Click on Account to connect your Tidio account.
6. Sign in to Tidio and go to Settings > Integration to copy your Zapier integration key.
7. Select your Action event to define what Zapier should do next.
8. Search for and select Slack as the action app.
9. Choose Send channel message as the Action to post notifications to Slack.
10. Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
11. Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the Tidio–Slack connection.
