This guide shows you how to connect Shopify to Privyr via Zapier by building a Zap that automatically sends new Shopify customer data into Privyr as leads. Setting up this automation requires no coding — just a few configuration steps inside the Zapier editor.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel in Zapier, then click 'Create'.
- Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.
- Tap the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.
- Search for 'Shopify' and select it from the suggested results.
- Specify your preferred 'Trigger Event'.
- Tap 'Sign In' to connect your Shopify account.
- Enter your Shopify username, click 'Yes, Continue to Shopify', and log into your active account.
- Click 'Test Trigger' to run your input.
- Choose the record you wish to use and click 'Continue With Selected Record'.
- Search for 'Privyr' and choose it as the Action app.
- Click the drop-down menu and choose the 'Action Event' you prefer to execute.
- Tap 'Sign In' to connect your Privyr account.
- Enter the API key associated with your Privyr account and click 'Yes, Continue to Privyr'.
- Fill out all input fields with the required details one by one.
- Click 'Continue' to process your configuration.
- Click 'Publish' to enable the integration and connect Shopify to Privyr.
