Use this interactive demo to learn how to install the Typeform app in your Salesforce org via AppExchange.

Quick summary

The Typeform Salesforce integration is installed directly through Salesforce AppExchange, allowing teams to sync form responses into their CRM without custom code. This step-by-step walkthrough covers everything from finding the listing to completing the package installation in a sandbox or production org.

Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Typeform for Salesforce.
  2. Click the Try It Free button on the listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to install in a sandbox environment.
  4. Verify your account details and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain and enter your Salesforce custom domain.
  7. Add your custom domain name and click Continue.
  8. Choose who to install the app for and hit Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finish.
  10. Find your installed app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.

📌 Why this matters

Connecting Typeform to Salesforce eliminates manual data entry by automatically pushing form submissions — leads, survey responses, and customer feedback — directly into your CRM. The native AppExchange integration ensures data flows into the right Salesforce objects in real time, keeping sales and operations teams fully aligned. For teams already using Typeform to capture leads or run NPS surveys, this integration is the fastest way to close the gap between data collection and CRM action without writing a single line of code.
