📌 Why this matters

The Skilljar and Salesforce integration allows customer education teams to surface training completion data, certifications, and learning progress directly inside Salesforce, giving sales and customer success teams real-time visibility into how buyers and customers engage with training content. This integration eliminates manual data syncing between platforms, enabling revenue teams to trigger workflows, score accounts, and personalize outreach based on verified learning milestones. For organizations using Skilljar as their customer training platform, connecting it to Salesforce is a critical step toward tying education outcomes to pipeline health and retention metrics.
