📌 Why this matters

Integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce eliminates manual handoffs between IT service management and CRM workflows, reducing resolution time and improving cross-team visibility. The ServiceNow QuickConnect app on Salesforce AppExchange enables teams to sync cases, incidents, and records between both platforms without custom development. This integration is critical for enterprises that rely on Salesforce for customer data and ServiceNow for IT or operations ticketing, as it keeps both systems in sync in real time. Installing it through AppExchange takes minutes and requires no code, making it accessible to Salesforce admins of any skill level.
