Launch
Salesforce AppExchange
and locate
Five9 Adapter for Salesforce.
Click
Try It Free
on the main app page.
Select
Try in Sandbox
to proceed.
Submit contact information via
Continue to Installation.
Prepare for the login sequence.
Click
Use Custom Domain
to proceed.
Input your Salesforce domain and select
Continue.
Choose who you are installation the app for and click
Install.
Grant Third Party Access and hit
Continue.
Access installations under
