Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for the Five9 Adapter for Salesforce.
  2. On the app listing page, click the Try It Free button.
  3. Select the Try in Sandbox option to continue.
  4. Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Log in to install the application in your sandbox environment.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your Salesforce domain and click Continue.

  9. If prompted, approve Third Party Access and click Continue.
  10. Find your installed app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
