How to Connect Salesforce to Cloudcall

Use this interactive demo to learn how to install CloudCall from Salesforce AppExchange into your org.

Quick summary

This tutorial shows how to install CloudCall for Salesforce directly from Salesforce AppExchange, walking through sandbox setup, login, domain configuration, and package installation. Once complete, the installed package is accessible under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.


Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for CloudCall for Salesforce.
  2. On the app listing page, click the Get it now button.
  3. Select the Try in Sandbox option to continue.
  4. Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Log in and proceed to install the application.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your Salesforce domain and click Continue.
  8. Choose who you are installing the app for and click Install.
  9. If prompted, approve Third Party Access and click Continue.
  10. Find your app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
