It is very easy to connect Landbot chats to Discord using Zapier. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.
- Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.
- After that, click the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.
- Search for 'Landbot' and then choose it from the suggested results.
- Next, specify your preferred 'Trigger Event'. Pick the specific option associated with the chats.
- Tap 'Sign In' afterwards to continue.
- Subsequently, enter the API credentials of your Landbot account and then tap 'Yes, Continue to Landbot'.
- Provide the information needed to set up the Trigger accordingly.
- Once done, click 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.
- Click 'Continue' one more time to proceed further.
- Following that, search for 'Discord' and select it as the Action app.
- Next, click the drop-down menu and pick the specific 'Action Event' you wish to execute.
- Click 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your active Discord account.
- Subsequently, specify your preferred Discord server and tap 'Continue'.
- Tick the checkbox beside the permissions you wish to grant, then tap 'Continue'.
- One by one, fill out the input fields with the required information related to the integration.
- Once done, click 'Continue' to publish and enable the integration.
- After completing these steps, your Landbot chats will be connected to Discord based on your input.
