This guide shows how to connect Landbot chats to Discord using a Zapier automation, allowing chat events to trigger real-time messages in your chosen Discord server. Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel, then click Create.
- Choose Zaps from the list of options.
- Click the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
- Search for Landbot and select it from the suggested results.
- Specify your preferred Trigger Event by picking the option associated with chats.
- Click Sign In to continue connecting your Landbot account.
- Enter your Landbot API credentials and tap Yes, Continue to Landbot.
- Provide the required information to set up the Trigger fields accordingly.
- Click Continue to run your input and test the Trigger.
- Click Continue once more to proceed to the Action setup.
- Search for Discord and select it as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and pick your desired Action Event.
- Click Sign In and log into your active Discord account.
- Select your preferred Discord server and tap Continue.
- Tick the checkboxes beside the permissions you wish to grant, then tap Continue.
- Fill out all input fields with the required integration details one by one.
- Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
- Your Landbot chats are now connected to Discord based on your configured settings.
