Steps
- Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Aircall CTI.
- Click the Get It Now button on the Aircall CTI listing.
- Select Try in your sandbox to install in a sandbox environment.
- Verify your account information and click Continue to Installation.
- Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
- Click Use Custom Domain and enter your Salesforce custom domain.
- Add your custom domain name and click Continue.
- Choose which users to install the app for and click Install.
- Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to complete the installation.
- Find your installed package under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
