It is very easy to connect a Twitter (now X) account to Hootsuite. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:

1. On Hootsuite's main dashboard, head over to the Social Accounts section and click 'Connect More Accounts'.
2. Select 'Twitter' from the available options.
3. After that, tap 'Sign In' and then log into your active Twitter account.
