How to Combine Dropbox Accounts

To combine Dropbox accounts, transfer files, sync between accounts, or use shared folders to consolidate files in a single location.

‍

  1. Login to your Dropbox account and click Create folder make a shared folder to other accounts.
  2. Enter a name of the shared folder and click Create.
  3. Click Share folder.
  4. Select Add people.
  5. Enter the email address/ name associated with the destination account.
  6. Click Share.
  7. You can also Copy link to share it to other accounts as desired.
  8. Click Manage to customize access.
  9. Ensure the permissions are set to "Can edit" to allow full access.
