How To Collect Responses in Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms makes it easy to distribute your survey or quiz and gather responses through shareable links, QR codes, emails, and embeds for maximum reach.

1. On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click Apps to see all apps.
2. Click on Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
3. Open the specific form you want to start Collecting responses.
4. Click Collect responses to start gathering feedback from your audience.
5. Click the Copy link button, share it anywhere, and start collecting responses immediately.
