This tutorial shows how to clean up a Constant Contact list by selecting all contacts and using the Remove From List action to bulk-delete them. It is the fastest way to clear outdated contacts from a list before importing a fresh batch.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel and click Contacts.
- Choose Lists from the list of options.
- Find and open the list you want to clean up.
- Tick the checkbox in the column header to select all contacts.
- Click the Actions menu.
- Choose Remove From List from the available options.
- Select the list from which you want to remove the contacts, then click Remove.
- Confirm the success message — your contacts have been removed and you can now import a new batch.
