This demo walks you through how to change your voicemail settings in Webex, from enabling call forwarding to uploading a custom voicemail message. In just a few clicks inside the Calling section, you can fully personalize how missed calls are handled.
Steps
- Open your Settings in Webex to get started with voicemail configuration.
- Navigate to the Calling section where all phone features are managed.
- Scroll down to locate the Send calls to voicemail option.
- Enable Send calls to voicemail when no one answers to activate the feature.
- Select the number of rings before the no-answer voicemail message plays.
- Tick Custom message to set a personalized voicemail greeting.
- Click Replace file to upload a new audio file for your voicemail.
- Hit Save to confirm and apply all your voicemail changes.
