1. Login to your Zoho Books account. On the upper right corner, click on the gear icon.
2. Select "Users" under Users & Roles.
3. Click the user whose role you want to change.
4. Click "Edit" on the user details page.
5. Select the new role from the Role dropdown, and click "Save."
