Quick summary

Steps
- On Jira's main home page, go to the left-hand panel and click Spaces.
- Find the project (space) you want to edit and click the More Actions button next to it.
- Select Space Settings from the dropdown list of options.
- In the left-side panel of Space Settings, click Workflows.
- Click Switch Scheme to begin changing the workflow scheme.
- Open the Scheme menu and choose the new workflow scheme you want to apply.
- Click Associate to proceed to the next step.
- Review the structure of the selected workflow, then tap Associate again to confirm the change.
- The workflow scheme for the selected Jira project is now successfully updated.
