In Xero, you can change the details of reconciled items by navigating to the relevant bank account, opening the reconciled transaction, and using the Bill Options > Edit workflow to update and save your changes. Steps
- On Xero's main dashboard, select a bank account.
- Find and open the reconciled transaction that you want to edit.
- Tap the statement line to proceed.
- Click Bill Options in the top-right corner.
- Choose Edit from the dropdown choices.
- Tap the editable fields one by one and make your desired changes.
- Review your input and click Save to apply the changes.
- The details of the selected reconciled items will be updated based on your input.
