How to Cancel Your FreshBooks Subscription

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to end your paid subscription and close your account.

1. Click your Profile Picture or initials in the top-right corner.
2. Click the Billing and Upgrade option from the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the Cancel Your Account link.
4. Click the Continue to Cancel button to confirm you cancellation.
5. Click Continue.
6. Select a reason for leaving from the list and enter any additional comments in the text box.‍
7. Click the final Cancel My Account button to confirm your request.
