Steps
- Go to Settings and click the gear icon located at the upper left side of your Jira dashboard.
- Select Billing from the settings menu.
- You will be directed to the Billing preview page.
- In the Subscription details section, click the ellipsis icon.
- Select Cancel subscription from the dropdown menu.
- Click Cancel subscription to confirm your choice.
- Select a cancellation reason from the available feedback choices.
- Once you have selected a reason, click Submit feedback.
- Your Jira subscription is now cancelled and can be repeated whenever needed.
