Steps
- On Xero's main dashboard, go to the top-left corner and click the Company tab.
- Select Subscription and Billing from the list of options.
- Click Manage Subscription to open your billing details.
- Find the subscription you wish to cancel, then click its corresponding More Options button.
- Tap Cancel Subscription to proceed.
- Specify the reason for your cancellation, then tap Confirm Cancellation to complete the process.
