How to Automate Pipedrive Contact Creation from Typeform Leads with Zapier

This tutorial shows you how to automate Pipedrive contact creation by connecting a Typeform form to Pipedrive using a Zapier workflow. Every new Typeform submission instantly creates a matched contact record in Pipedrive — eliminating manual data entry for sales teams.


Steps

  1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
  2. Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
  3. Search for and select Typeform as the trigger app.
  4. Select New Entry as the trigger event to fire the Zap on each new form submission.
  5. Connect your Typeform account to authorize Zapier access.
  6. Choose the specific Typeform form you want to use and click Continue.
  7. Click Test trigger to submit a test response in Typeform and let Zapier fetch the data to confirm it is working correctly.
  8. Search for and select Pipedrive as the action app.
  9. Select the action event to define what Zapier will do in Pipedrive (e.g., create a contact).
  10. Log in to your Pipedrive account and grant Zapier the required access.
  11. Match the Typeform fields to the corresponding Pipedrive fields and click Continue.
  12. Click Test to run a test and create a sample contact in Pipedrive.
  13. Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
