1. Inside your n8n workflow, tap the 'Add First Step' button.

3. Now, it's time to set up the Trigger. To get started, click the 'Authentication' menu and select the method you prefer to implement.
4. Following that, come up with a unique 'Form Title' and then enter it into the provided input field.
5. Compose a short 'Form Description' and then type it into the provided input field.
6. Scroll down to the Form Elements section afterwards, then click 'Add Form Element'.
7. Come up with a unique label that best describes your file attachment element and type it into the provided input field.
8. Subsequently, click the 'Element Type' menu and choose 'File' from the list.
9. If you wish to personalize the file attachment element, you may tap the 'Add Attributes' option and configure the corresponding settings according to your liking.
10. On the one hand, click 'Add Form Element' and repeat the same procedure if you need more for your form.
11. Click the URL to copy it and then send it to the intended recipients. You can ask them to answer the form once the workflow is executed.
12. Once done, click 'Execute Step' to run and test your configurations.
13. Going back to the canvas, tap the 'Add' button to create a new step.
14. Following that, head over to the right-hand panel and click 'Action in an App'.
15. Subsequently, find and select 'Google Drive' from the list of options.
16. Under the File Actions section, tap 'Upload File' to proceed.
17. At this point, it's time to set up the selected node. To get started, click the 'Credentials' menu and select the Google account you wish to use.
18. As for the Resource and Operation, ensure that 'File' and 'Upload' are selected respectively.
19. Following that, click the 'Input Data Field Name' section and then type the element label you assigned for the file attachment.
20. Come up with a unique 'File Name' for newly uploaded files, then type it into the provided input field.
21. Next, specify the Parent Drive you want to use.
22. Do the same thing for the 'Parent Folder' menu.
23. If you need to personalize the node further, tap the 'Add Option' button and configure the corresponding settings based on your preference.
24. Once done, click 'Execute Step' to run and test your input.
25. If there are no further adjustments needed, click the 'Close' button in the top-right corner to return to the canvas.
26. To activate the automation workflow, tap 'Publish'.
27. Finally, your n8n's file automation workflow using form trigger and Google Drive will be activated. Every time you receive a form response, the attached file will be automatically uploaded to your Google Drive.
