How to Amend Federal Tax Return in TurboTax

Here’s how to do it:

1. Start by navigating to your "Tax Home" page.
2. Scroll down until you see "Tax returns and docs".
3. Find the tax year you need to amend and click on it to open the options.
4. Click the dropdown arrow next to "Amend (change) return" to reveal your amendment options.
5. Select "Amend using TurboTax Online" and you're on your way to fixing that Federal tax return.
