Here's how to do it:
- Log in to your Zoho Mail, then click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- On the left-hand toolbar, find and click “Mail Accounts.”
- Click the “POP” tab. Under “POP3 Server Configuration,” take note of the information in the “In” row. You will need these details later when setting up Gmail.
- Log in to your Gmail account, then click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "See all settings."
- Go to "Accounts and Import," and select "Add another account."
- You will be redirected to a pop-up window where you can enter the email address you want to add. After that, click “Next” and continue selecting “Next” until you reach the step where you need to enter the required account information.
- Fill in the necessary details and once done select "Add Account."
- Choose the options you need and select "Next."
- Continue through the steps until the setup is complete.
