How to Add Year Filters to Power BI

Here’s how to do it:

1. Open your Power BI desktop and navigate to the report you want to add year filtering to
2. In the 'Visualizations' pane on the right side, look for and click on the 'Slicer' visual icon.
3. Find your 'Date' field in the 'Fields' pane and drag it into the empty slicer you just created.
4. Select the 'Date' field and click 'Year'.
5. You can now add a year filter in Power BI by following these steps.
