Steps
- Go to the Insert tab in PowerPoint.
- Click Audio located in the Media section of the ribbon.
- Select Record Audio from the dropdown menu.
- Change the name of the recording to Voice Memo in the Record Sound dialog.
- Click the Record button (●) and speak your voice memo aloud.
- Click the Stop button to end the recording.
- Click OK to embed the voice memo onto your slide.
