Adding sections is the best way to organize a long survey into logical "pages." This is particularly useful for SaaS feedback forms where you might want to separate User Demographics from Technical Feature Requests.
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click Apps to see all apps.
- Click on Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
- Open the specific form for which you wish to create a Sinature.
- Click Add new question to insert another field into your form.
- Select Section to group related questions and keep your form organized.
- Click Add new question again to continue building out your form structure.
