Quick summary
This demo shows you how to add screenshots to a PowerPoint presentation using the built-in Screenshot tool in the Insert tab. You can capture a full available window or use Screen Clipping to select a specific area of your screen.
Steps
- Go to the Insert tab in PowerPoint.
- Click the Screenshot button located in the Images group.
- Choose a capture method: select an Available Window to insert a full window screenshot, or click Screen Clipping to manually select a region of your screen.
