Quick summary
This demo shows how to add a recording to a PowerPoint slide using the built-in Record Audio feature. In just a few clicks, you can insert narration or voiceover audio directly onto any slide without third-party tools.
Steps
- Go to the Insert tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
- Click "Audio" located in the Media section of the ribbon.
- Select "Record Audio" from the dropdown menu.
- Type a name for your audio recording file in the name field.
- Click Record (●) and speak your narration into the microphone.
- Click Stop when you have finished recording your audio.
- Click "OK" to save your audio and embed it onto the slide.
