Steps
- Go to the View tab in PowerPoint.
- Click Slide Master located at the Master Views tab.
- In the Slide Master tab, click the Insert Placeholder dropdown arrow button.
- Select Picture from the placeholder type list.
- Click and drag on the slide to create the picture box.
- Click Close Master View to exit the Slide Master.
- Click the dropdown on New Slide from the Home tab.
- Select the slide layout that includes the picture box.
- You will now see a picture box on your slide that you can click to instantly upload an image.
