Steps
- On Xero's main dashboard, go to the top menu bar and click 'Accounting'.
- Choose 'Reports' from the list of options.
- Review the options under the Financial Statements section and select one, such as the Balance Sheet.
- Hover your mouse cursor over the cell where you wish to attach a note, then click the 'Add Note' icon.
- Enter a title and a corresponding description into their respective input fields.
- Review your notes, then click 'Done' to confirm.
- The notes will be saved and attached to the selected financial statement in your Xero account.
