You can embed a YouTube video in Google Slides by copying the video's share link from YouTube and pasting it via the Link icon in the Slides toolbar. This method lets you play YouTube videos directly inside your presentation without leaving Google Slides.
Steps
- On the YouTube video you want to embed, click Share to generate the video link.
- Click Copy to copy the generated YouTube video link.
- Open Google Slides in your browser and select the slide where you want to embed the video.
- Click the Link icon on the toolbar to open the dropdown menu where you can paste the YouTube link.
- Paste the link using Ctrl + V into the search bar, then click Apply to embed the video on the slide.
- The YouTube video will now be embedded and playable directly on the slide.
