How to Add Dynamics 365 to Outlook

There’s no native way but you can do this by adding an extension for Dynamics 365 for Outlook. Here’s how:

1. Go to the 'App Settings' by clicking the 'Sales' button.
2. Click 'App Settings'.
3. Under 'Overview', select 'App extensions'.
4. Click 'Partner apps'.
5. Search for Outlook, from the results select 'Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook'.
6. Click 'Get it now' to add Dynamics 365 for Outlook.
