Quick summary
The Designer tab in PowerPoint gives you instant access to AI-powered slide design suggestions. To add it to your ribbon, you enable it through the Customize Ribbon settings under PowerPoint Options.
Steps
- Open PowerPoint and click the File tab in the top menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the File menu and select Options.
- In the PowerPoint Options dialog, click Customize Ribbon in the left-hand panel.
- In the Customize the Ribbon list on the right, scroll down and check the Design checkbox to enable the Designer tab.
- Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog.
- Click the newly added Design tab in the ribbon and choose a design as needed.
