How to Access Microsoft Forms on iPhone

Use this interactive demo to learn how to access Microsoft Forms on your iPhone.

‍

‍

Microsoft Forms doesn't have a standalone iPhone app—use the Microsoft 365 (Office) app or browser access. Here's the simple guide:

‍

  1. Open the App Store, search for Microsoft 365, and install it on your iPhone.
  2. Open the app, sign in, and scroll through the options and tap Form to start a new project.
  3. Tap the Title area to name your form and add a short description.
  4. Use the AI suggestions to generate questions instantly.
  5. Or, you can tap Add New to build them manually from scratch.
  6. Once done, tap the Send icon (the arrow pointing to the right) at the top of the screen.
  7. Copy the link or invite your recipients to share your form, and you’re all set.

📌 Why this matters

You can gather feedback, run surveys, and collect data from anywhere without being tied to a desktop. Mobile access transforms Microsoft Forms from a occasional work tool into something you can deploy spontaneously—whether you're at a conference wanting instant audience feedback, conducting impromptu team check-ins, or need to quickly poll family members about dinner plans.

The real advantage is response rates: people are far more likely to complete forms when you can share them immediately while the topic is fresh, rather than promising to "send something later."
