How Do I View Who Received My Email Campaign in ActiveCampaign

In ActiveCampaign, you can use the Advanced Search and segment builder to filter contacts by campaign delivery status and instantly see everyone who was sent a specific email campaign.

Steps

1. Click the Contacts option in the navigation menu.
2. Click the search field on the Contacts page.
3. Click Advanced Search below the Search Contacts field.
4. When the segment builder appears, click the conditions dropdown.
5. Click Actions in the conditions dropdown.
6. Choose the option Has been sent.
7. Click the value field to select a specific campaign to search for contacts who were sent that campaign.
8. Optionally, choose Any campaign to find all contacts sent any campaign.
9. Click the Search button to run the filter.
10. All contacts who were sent that campaign will load in the results list.
