SurveyMonkey offers multiple ways to send a survey to respondents, including sharing a survey link, embedding on a site, sending via SMS, or posting on social media. Steps
- Navigate to the survey you want to distribute and click Send survey.
- Click on the Collect Responses tab in the survey builder.
- Click Share a survey link to generate a unique, shareable URL.
- Use the survey link to share your survey via email or social media.
- Download a QR code so respondents can scan and complete the survey on mobile devices.
- Click Embed on a site if you want to embed the survey on a webpage.
- Select your preferred embed option from the available embedding methods.
- Click Send by text to distribute the survey via SMS to phone numbers you have on hand.
- Use SurveyMonkey Audience to purchase responses if you don't have your own respondent list.
- Click Post on social media to share the survey publicly on social platforms.
- Click the share icon to post your survey link on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
- Select Send by email to create an Email Invitation Collector for your survey.
- Select Embed in a mobile app to collect in-app customer experience feedback.
- Select Add data manually to input responses directly into your survey.
- Use Kiosk mode for offline survey distribution at events or physical locations.
