Create a Subtasks in Airtable

‍

Here’s a step-by-step tutorial to subtasks in Airtable:

  1. Create a new column by clicking on the + in the header row.
  2. Select Long Text in the options.
  3. Enable Rich Text Field and hit Create field.
  4. Drag and drop this column closer to the main task and status columns.
  5. Click on the expand sign on the field to open an expanded view.
  6. Click on the ¶ symbol to see text input options.
  7. Select the last option, Checklist, to get check boxes on your Rich Text Editor.
  8. Write your subtasks.
  9. And that's it. Your subtasks are created and associated with your main task.
