Steps

1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to start the automation process.
2. Click Trigger to begin setting up the trigger step.
3. Search for and select Google Forms as the trigger app.
4. Choose New Response in Spreadsheet as the trigger event, since Google Forms responses are stored in Google Sheets.
5. Connect your Google account to Zapier and choose the specific Google Sheet linked to your form.
6. Select the worksheet containing the form responses.
7. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the form responses correctly.
8. Add Slack as the Action App.
9. Choose Send Channel Message as the action event.
10. Connect your Slack account to Zapier.
11. Select the Slack channel where you want the form responses to be posted.
12. Customize the message content to include form response details such as the respondent's name, email, or answers.
13. Run a test to confirm the Slack notification is sent when new responses come in.
14. Click Publish to activate your Zap and go live.
