Here's how to do it:
- Log in to Zapier and click "Create" followed by "Zaps."
- Click "Trigger" to set up the event that will initiate your automation.
- Search for and select "Mailchimp" as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event like "New Subscriber" or "Updated Subscriber" to monitor changes in your Mailchimp audience.
- Connect your Mailchimp account.
- Select which audience to monitor for new subscribers.
- Click "Test trigger."
- Click "Action" and search for "Brevo" as your action app to receive data from Mailchimp.
- Select "Add or Update Contact" as your Brevo action.
- Connect your Brevo account - you'll need to retrieve your API key from Brevo's integration settings.
- Map your Mailchimp subscriber fields (name, email, lists) to the corresponding Brevo contact fields to ensure proper data transfer.
- Run a test to verify that Mailchimp subscribers are correctly syncing with your Brevo account.
- Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the automatic syncing between Mailchimp and Brevo.
