Here's how to do it:
- Log in to Zapier and click "Create" followed by "Zaps" to begin building your Eventbrite-Brevo integration.
- Click "Trigger".
- Click "Eventbrite" from the app options to set it as your trigger app.
- Select your preferred trigger event, such as "New Event" based on what you want to track.
- Connect your Eventbrite account and select the specific event you want Zapier to monitor.
- Click "Action" and search for "Brevo" to set up what happens when your Eventbrite trigger fires.
- Select an action like "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email" depending on how you want to use your Eventbrite data in Brevo.
- Connect your Brevo account when prompted - you'll need your API key from Brevo's integration settings.
- Map your Eventbrite data (attendee details, event information) to the corresponding Brevo fields. This is where two platforms become best friends!
- Run a test to make sure Zapier can successfully transfer Eventbrite data to your Brevo account.
- Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start automatically sending Eventbrite attendee data to Brevo.
