Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create" and select "Zaps" to get started.
  2. Click "Trigger" to begin setting up the trigger step of your Zap.
  3. Search for and select Trello as the trigger app.
  4. Choose a trigger event such as "Card Moved to List" or "New Card" based on the Trello board change you want to use to trigger HubSpot.
  5. Connect your Trello account to Zapier to authorize the integration.
  6. Select the Trello board and specify the list or card criteria for the trigger.
  7. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the Trello board change correctly.
  8. Add HubSpot as the Action App in your Zap.
  9. Select an action event and connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.
