Quick summary
Wrapping text in a PowerPoint text box keeps your slide content neatly contained within a shape boundary. You can enable this in seconds using the Format Pane and the Wrap Text in Shape option under Text Options.
Steps
- Select the text box on your PowerPoint slide canvas that contains the text you want to wrap.
- Go to the top menu bar and click Shape Format.
- Click the Format Pane option in the ribbon to open the right-hand panel.
- In the right-hand panel, click the Text Options tab.
- Click Text Box to expand the text box settings.
- Under the Text Box section, find Wrap Text in Shape and tick the checkbox beside it.
- Your PowerPoint text box text will now be wrapped within the shape boundary.
